Organization & Structure
The Hispanic Business Development Network® (Red Hispana de Desarrollo Empresarial™ ), known also by its acronym HBDN™, is a non profit international business development association initially incorporated as a Florida State corporation later moved to San Juan, Puerto Rico. The concept was conceived by a selected group of Hispanic entrepreneurs, professionals and educators, and is currently sponsored by Sinéctica™ Inc.
The Network products and services are provided to its Hispanic Businesses membership at extraordinary discounts, by means of our partners and qualified vendors and suppliers. Non-members are also welcome to ask for services and products at HBDN™ regular quoted fees and costs.
The Network is organized based on a distributed-variable costs structure with minimum fixed costs. This competitive advantage enables the HBDN™ to guarantee the lowest membership investment fee, products and service costs.
Board of Directors
The HBDN™ Board of Directors is comprised of a selective group of highly experienced Hispanic entrepreneurs, educators, and members of the civil society.
Graz Maldonado an experienced administrator, consultant, business promoter, and former college professor, serves as the Chairman of HBDN™ Board of Directors.
Affiliations and Compliance
Although the HBDN™ is not a trade association as such, is a proud affiliate of the United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (USHCC), the USHCC Foundation, and follows the Code of Ethics of the Hispanic Association on Corporate Responsibility.
